Why aren't my Amazon images importing?
Amazon blocks automatic image fetching. After extracting a product, right-click any image on the Amazon page → "Copy image address" → paste it in the manual image URL field in Importly.
How do I upgrade my plan?
In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → Importly → Plans & Billing. Click "Upgrade" on any plan — you'll be redirected to Shopify's secure billing page.
When does my usage reset?
Usage resets on the 1st of each calendar month. You can check your current usage on the Plans & Billing page inside the app.
Can I import from any website?
Yes — Importly works with any public product URL. Amazon, Etsy, AliExpress, Walmart, eBay, and any other public store are all supported.
Is my store data safe?
Yes. Importly only requests the permissions needed to create draft products. We never read your existing products, orders, or customer data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
