• Shop data: Your Shopify store domain, shop name, and access tokens required to create products on your behalf.
• Usage data: Number of imports, AI fills, and SEO generations performed per month for billing purposes.
• Product URLs: URLs you submit for product extraction. These are processed in real-time and not permanently stored.
• Email address: If you contact support or sign up for early access.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate and authorize your Shopify store.
• To import products into your Shopify catalog on your request.
• To track usage limits based on your subscription plan.
• To process billing through Shopify's native billing API.
• To respond to support requests.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except:

• Shopify: We use Shopify's API to create products in your store.
• Anthropic: Product URLs are sent to Anthropic's API for AI extraction. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.
• Cloudflare: Image URLs are proxied through Cloudflare Workers for image importing.

5. Data Retention

We retain your shop plan and usage data for the duration of your subscription. Upon uninstalling the app, your data is deleted within 30 days.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure token storage, and access controls to protect your data.
